2. Information We Collect
a) Account and Billing
Name, company, role, email, authentication information, billing contacts, subscription information, payment or invoicing details.
b) Service and Usage
Log events, device/browser information, IP address, timestamps, usage metrics, diagnostics, crash reports.
c) Call and Conversation Data (If Enabled)
Audio/video, transcripts, speaker metadata, meeting details, and signals used to provide real-time guidance.
d) Integrated Data
Information retrieved from Customer-authorized integrations such as CRM, call-analysis tools, conferencing platforms.
e) Customer Content
Playbooks, FAQs, documents, templates, uploaded files, and configuration data.
f) Support Communications
Support tickets, feedback, email/chat communications.

3. How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
provide, operate, and support the Service
authenticate users and secure accounts
process payments
deliver in-call insights and guidance
improve models, detection, analytics, and performance
detect fraud/abuse and maintain Service integrity

We may use aggregated or de-identified data for analytics and benchmarking.
4. Customer Data Roles
For Customer Data, we act as a processor.
Customer is the controller and responsible for:
obtaining all required notices and consents
defining retention settings
configuring access controls
For account/billing/website data, we act as a controller.
5. Sharing and Disclosure
We may share personal information with:
service providers/subprocessors (cloud hosting, analytics, email delivery, storage)
integrations enabled by Customer
corporate transaction partners (mergers, acquisitions)
legal authorities when required by law
We do not sell personal information in exchange for money.
6. International Transfers
Data may be stored or processed in the United States or other countries.
For data transferred from EEA/UK/Switzerland, we use legal safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality, preferences, analytics, and performance.
Where required, we display a cookie banner and allow preference management.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described:
account and billing records: duration of subscription + required legal period
logs/diagnostics: typically 12–24 months
call/transcript data: according to Customer’s configuration
after expiration: deletion or de-identification unless retention is legally required

We implement technical and organizational measures, including encryption, access controls, logging, and monitoring.
No method is 100% secure; Customer must maintain secure configurations and device hygiene.
11. Privacy Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:
access personal information
correct inaccuracies
delete information
restrict or object to processing
request portability
opt out of targeted advertising or “sharing” under state laws
